Refund Policy

1. Vehicle registration & title services

Queen Insurance Services is a licensed, private registration service, not affiliated with the California DMV. Once your vehicle registration, title transfer, renewal or VIN verification transaction has been processed and submitted to the State of California, no refunds can be issued.

State DMV fees are paid directly to the government and are non-refundable. Our private service fees are charged for processing your transaction and are non-refundable once the service is rendered.

2. Auto insurance policies

Premium payments for insurance policies are paid to the respective insurance carriers, not to Queen Insurance Services.

If you cancel an insurance policy early, any refund of unearned premium is subject to the terms, calculation methods and cancellation fees of your specific carrier. Agency broker fees are non-refundable.
